"Wouldn't this be a great place to hide a body?" Marji Laine has been known to ask such a question to one of her daughters often enough! As a suspense and mystery writer, her mind just twists in that direction. Her characters, tangled in desperate situations, rely on authentic faith in God to carry them through treachery, betrayal, and impossible circumstances.

A "graduated" home-schooling mom of four, she's delighted to still be active with her young adult twins and helping her oldest daughter plan her coming wedding. (Not to mention taking notes for a new romance novel!) As the new Executive Director of Write Integrity Press, she spends more time editing than she does writing. She is also the children's music director at her church, a teacher in the Sunday youth classes, an alto in the adult choir, and the leader of a high school/college-aged Bible Study. She delights in working with her authors and hosts a monthly radio program, Publishing Laine, that is focused on writing and publishing.

Marji prefers mountains to beaches, dogs to cats, Tex-Mex to Italian, NASCAR to baseball, and Texas to just about any other state, except in the

summer. She loves Hallmark movies, Perry Mason, white roses, and watching how God blesses.
